- I am a Chef from Canada. Cooking for the past 15 years I have acquired my skills from every person and place I have worked. I have a Special interest in wood fired cooking, ovens, grills, BBQ, smoking etc. I completed my Chef's papers in 2006 and have been cooking in Victoria BC and Montreal QC since that time. I am offering my services as a consulting chef, specializing in wood fired techniques, and look forward to meeting the challenges unique to varying locations.
